Niax additives for rigid polyurethane foam are used to enable formulation optimization for a broad range of foam applications. Niax silicone surfactants can deliver fine cells and enhanced thermal conductivity, as well as improved blowing agent compatibility, miscibility, dimensional stability, flow-leveling and surface void reduction. Niax catalyst can enable improved productivity for both PUR and PIR, control of reaction profile and shelf-life. Niax additives also include adhesion promoters, cure promoters and special silicone for open-cells rigid foams that can extend the formulation options.
