Momentive to Showcase Innovative Solutions at the European Coatings Show 2025

The expanded CoatOSil™ portfolio now includes more high-performance, sustainable PFAS-free solutions for both architectural and industrial application.

Niskayuna, New York [March 27, 2025] Momentive Performance Materials group (Momentive), a leading global provider of high-performance silicones and specialty solutions, is excited to announce its participation in the European Coatings Show 2025, taking place March 25th to 27th, at Booth # 3-444 | Hall 3 in Nuremberg, Germany.

This year, the company will showcase cutting-edge technologies designed to tackle formulation challenges across various applications. Highlights include high-performance silicone resins, additives, and sustainable PFAS-free solutions for both architectural and industrial coatings.  The focus remains on enhancing productivity and performance while promoting environmental responsibility in coatings, adhesives, and paint formulations.

• CoatOSil™ Additives & Resins: This versatile portfolio is continuously evolving, offering enhanced performance in foam control, anti-blocking, slip, wetting, corrosion protection, heat resistance, and UV protection for both water- and solvent-borne coatings.

• Silquest™ Silanes: These advanced organofunctional silanes promote superior adhesion, crosslinking, chemical resistance, and durability, further improving performance across a wide range of coatings and surface treatment applications.

• SPUR+™ Prepolymers: An innovative technology that provides room-temperature curing, isocyanate-free formulations, excellent primer-less adhesion, and exceptional durability. These prepolymers enable the creation of high-performance, eco-friendly adhesives and sealants for demanding applications.

Technical Presentation

In addition to the product showcase, Momentive will present a technical session titled, “Silylated Polyurethanes - New Technology for PFAS-Free Protective Coatings,” delivered by Dr. Dmitry Chernyshov. This session will take place on March 25, 2025, from 15:30 to 16:00 at NCC Ost - Room Shanghai.
