As a low-odor, tertiary blow amine, Niax catalyst EF-708 is an excellent urethane additive candidate for the reduction and even removal of amine emissions from foam used in automotive interiors. In addition to the primary product, Niax catalyst EF-708, this new Blow Series catalyst family also offers Niax catalyst EF-705 and Niax catalyst EF-700, based on the same tertiary amine.

A proprietary molecular design and high molecular weight make Niax catalyst EF-708 nonvolatile. This design offers a strong affinity toward the chemical structure of urethane polymer to help ensure consistently superior finished foam.
Niax catalyst EF-708, the primary product in the Blow Series, may be an excellent candidate for use with gel catalyst Niax catalyst EF-602 to help produce open-cell quality foam.
Niax catalyst EF-708 generally is easy to process and works well with a range of raw materials and varied equipment. Being able to preserve the physical properties that meet typical automotive specifications, it is an excellent option for applications with stringent emission requirements.
