More About Niax™ Catalyst EF-602
Niax* Catalyst EF-602 typically improves hardness in TDI-based molded foams, allowing them to meet stringent emission specifications, as well as retain good physical properties. Depending upon the index and level of grafted polyol added to the formulation, final foam products can easily be made as soft or as hard as specifications require. Used alone or in combination with a blow catalyst, it generally offers extended cream time, smooth expansion and more open foam with better physical properties.
