Indusil 139 Silicone
Indusil 139 silicone is an aqueous solution of a silicone polymer modified with organic groups. At temperatures below its cloud point, it is soluble in water forming a clear, yellow solution.
Indusil 139 silicone can improve bath stability and service life of latex at temperatures below its cloud point (note: temperatures higher than related cloud point can cause destabilization). Accelerated coagulation can reduce drying time and decrease film defect.
Indusil 139 silicone could be used as an aid for the coagulation process of various latexes, e.g., natural rubber latex, PU dispersions, NBR latex, SBR latex, and others.
More About Indusil 139 Silicone
Indusil 139 silicone can help improve the formation of films from latexes and speed up the drying process. It is effective at low concentrations.
This material can help form films without defects (pinholes, fisheyes), which will contribute to the physical properties of the final products.
Indusil 139 silicone may contribute to foam control and provide release properties.
