AgroSpred 100 wetter is a potentially cost-effective tank-mix spray adjuvant for use in many pesticide applications on crops. As a replacement to Nonylphenol Ethoxylate (NPE) surfactants, AgroSpred 100 wetter is based on surface chemistry that promotes increased spreading performance over traditional NPE and other surfactants. This can lead to better spray coverage on hard-to-wet crops and foliage, which typically translates to less water use, faster application times and more effective pesticide treatments.

More About AgroSpred™ 100 Wetter

AgroSpred 100 wetter is formulated to reduce the surface tension of spray mixtures well below conventional NPE-based adjuvants, which are being banned or phased out of the agricultural industry and others by many regulatory authorities. Through its optimized surface chemistry, AgroSpred 100 wetter boosts spreading performance when using recommended starting levels. This typically leads to better and more even coverage, and also conserves water.

AgroSpred 100 wetter can be considered for use as a spray adjuvant component for most agrochemical products and treatments. Used as a tank-side spray adjuvant, AgroSpred 100 wetter has shown optimum performance when used at a pH balance of 5.0 and 8.0, and when utilized within 24 hours of initial mix. Typical tank-mix use levels range from 0.025% to 0.1%, depending on the spray treatment application.

When used as a neutral in-can formulation (a formulation having a pH range from 6.5 to 7.5), it is generally recommended that AgroSpred 100 wetter be included in the initial formulation at a level ranging between 0.025% and 0.1% in the spray mixture dilution.
