Based on a complete line of high-conductivity thermal pyrolytic graphite (TPG) material, Momentive high-thermal conductivity graphite and composites are an excellent choice in electronic assembly applications. Momentive thermal pyrolytic graphite is manufactured by thermal decomposition of hydrocarbon gas within a high-temperature chemical vapor deposition reactor. By utilizing a unique form of pyrolytic graphite encapsulated within a structural metal or ceramic shell, high-thermal conductivity composite assemblies can be designed.
